Privacy Policy
Last updated July 16, 2026.
Let’s Again is a service for turning “we should catch up” into a real plan. It is operated as a sole proprietorship based in California, USA. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. Questions? Email privacy@letsagain.com.
Information we collect
- Your account. When you sign in we store your email address (through Google sign-in). If you turn on text confirmations, we also store your mobile number and your consent to receive them.
- Recipient names. When you send a plan, we store the name of the person you send it to, so the plan can be addressed to them. We store names only. We do not collect a recipient’s phone number, email, or any other contact detail. This is personal information about someone else that you provide to us. If you type a phone number or email to address your message, it is used on your device only, to open your own texting or email app. It is never sent to us and never saved.
- Usage analytics. We use privacy-friendly product analytics to understand how the service is used. Events are tied to a random identifier, never to your name, email, or phone number. We do not use invasive session recording or ad-tracking.
How we use information
We use your information to run the service, to send the plan confirmations you asked for, and to keep the product working and safe. We do not use it to build advertising profiles.
Mobile information and text messaging
If you opt in to text confirmations, your mobile number and SMS consent are used only to send you the confirmations you requested.
Mobile information is never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging opt-in data and consent are never sold or shared with anyone. We share your number only with the messaging provider that delivers your confirmations on our behalf, and only for that purpose. You can stop messages anytime by replying STOP.
How information is shared
