These terms are the agreement between you and Let’s Again, a sole proprietorship based in California, USA. By using the service you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use Let’s Again.
What Let’s Again is
Let’s Again helps you turn a good intention into a plan. You pick a suggestion and send it to someone, and they can respond with one tap. The service is offered as is while we build it out.
Your account
Please give accurate information when you sign in, and keep your account secure. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.
Using the service responsibly
- Use Let’s Again only for lawful, personal, non-commercial plans.
- Only send plans to people you actually know and who would welcome hearing from you.
- You are responsible for the information you enter about other people, including recipient names, and for having a good-faith reason to share it with us.
- Do not misuse, disrupt, or try to break the service.
Text messages
If you opt in to text confirmations, message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop messages or HELP for help. How we handle your mobile information is described in our Privacy Policy.
Your content
You are responsible for what you send through Let’s Again. Do not send anything unlawful, harmful, or that you do not have the right to share.
No warranty
The service is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. We do not promise it will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Let’s Again is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms as the product changes and will post the new date above. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
